A shipping carrier may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect Address - If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
  2. Address Format - If the address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
  3. APO or FPO Addresses - If the address is entered as an international address or without the correct US APO/FPO zip code, it will be undeliverable.
